You can improve your health, concentration, energy levels and so much more through a regular meditation practice.
But today I am sharing my favourite benefit!
Over the last months, since I started meditating more often, I strengthened my observer.
You will ask: “What the heck is an observer?”
I describe my observer as my inner self or my true self. I am the observer when I take the attention of my outer world, my body and my thoughts. I got better at it due to my meditation practice where I learn to concentrate on my inner self only.
It´s like with sports or playing an instrument
– with regular meditation I can strengthen my skill to observe. And it has started to help me BIG TIME in my everyday life.
– I am catching myself quicker when my thoughts are spiralling and not helping me move forward.
– I have learned to be more detached and less emotional in situations that would have stressed me out before.
– When I do still get emotional, angry or frustrated, I can reflect straight after and chose to do it differently next time.
