We know how to express our love to our children, partner, family and friends. We know the words to say to make them feel loved and cared for. In this meditation, you will learn to express love to yourself and say these loving words to a version of yourself that needs it the most - whether it´s your past self, your current self or your future self.
You can use the help of the accompanying workbook to collect these loving words and expressions for your meditation or let them come to you during the meditation. Either way is the right one for you!
This meditation begins with a body scan to connect to your heart and let its loving energy fill up your body.
In the second part of the meditation, you will meet yourself and exchange messages of love to each other. Floods of love and similar emotions will elevate your energy and vibrations. You will be moving step by step towards loving yourself more.
In the last part of the meditation, you will become one with your other version of yourself and realize that the person who loves you the most is already inside of you.
