Instead of waiting for these desires to be fulfilled, you can actively manifest your desires through this meditation. Use the accompanying workbook to clarify what you want to leave in your past and what you want to manifest for your future. Once you are happy with one area of your life, you can apply the meditation to a new area that you would like to improve.
This meditation begins with a body scan to connect you with the present moment and calm your mind.
Then second part of the meditation is the letting go of unwanted emotions, thoughts and behaviours that belong to your past. By memorizing them, you raise your awareness to them and secure control over them. You give a clear message to your subconscious mind and higher self that you won´t spend your energy any longer on past events.
In the last part of the meditation, you welcome in the desired feelings, thoughts and actions you want to manifest for your future. You visualize and rehearse your future as if it already happens. By connecting deeply with these feelings, you start to program your future into your present.
